It can get quite busy at times, and even with three ladies, it's hard to keep up. So, you should plan on waiting. The service is always competent and friendly.

I went to this store today with my wife to buy her a Pandora bracelet. The saleswoman took plenty of time for us, gave us excellent advice, and the atmosphere was truly friendly and personal. My wife was very satisfied and left the store happy. As a man, I'm not very knowledgeable about jewelry, but I still got the impression that these were very stylish and exquisite Pandora pieces. What I also found very interesting was that you can personalize these bracelets with various included elements. For the ladies: A visit is definitely worthwhile.

I don't usually like leaving reviews here, but the last review I just read practically prompted me to do so. My husband and I have only ever received friendly and competent advice in this store. Even when I had problems with an online order, I was helped, even though the store is under no obligation to do so, since the online shop and the store in Lüneburg have nothing to do with each other. Therefore, I don't understand how anyone could give the local store such a bad review. You can actually leave a review for the online shop directly on their website, and I think it makes more sense to do so there than to give the store a bad review.

The staff was absolutely fantastic! Despite a complaint and a request to have a bracelet cleaned, I received exemplary and very friendly service. The ladies took their time for me (even on a Saturday!) and were incredibly helpful. I'll definitely be back and would like to thank them again!

I've been to many Pandora stores, but this one is my favorite. Very friendly, personalized service and great ideas for combining jewelry.

I've shopped there quite often. I'm a bit of a Pandora addict. I've always been satisfied. The one encounter last December wasn't initially so pleasant, but everything worked out in the end. Yesterday at Stella's was really great again. Extremely friendly and welcoming. 😊 Thank you so much.
